10 ways to make your small business successful

  1. Target
    They are not all things to all people. Decide on your niche - narrow your focus and broaden its appeal.
  2. Be Different
    If your competitors are doing, do not do it. They stand in a crowded market where advertising and products alike.
  3. Building a Team
    Do not hire an employee to fill a position. The use of a person to build your business in a team.
  4. Be quick
    Time is the most valuable asset. When delivery is expected Friday show Thursday afternoon. Getting back calls and e-mails.
  5. Thank
    So much. Tell your customers and employees how much you appreciate them. Better yet, do the former, take the pen and write a message.
  6. Be consistent
    Make sure your company has a uniform appearance. A customer should get the same taste of everyone in your organization. Always.
  7. Smile
    Take why people buy from you, such as price, product quality or warranty. You buy it because they love you.
  8. Optimism Fanatic
    The glass is always half full. Attitude will always win in the end and infect everyone around you.
  9. Soft-Sell
    No band is always difficult. Troubleshooting. Would like to meet. Do what really is best for your customers.
  10. Leaving your comfort zone
    Never accept the idea that this is the way you have always done. Never accept a new idea or technology could never work for you.
